Besides price, what's the most important thing people should know about your plumbing services?
I just really enjoy doing plumbing, meeting new people & seeing my regular customers. I truly believe in still doing business with a hand shake. I really try to make the whole plumbing job a low key smooth experience.
What's one plumbing problem you solve often that people might not realize you can help with?
A small thing I check and do alot is to make sure the water level in toilet tanks are set at the right level. To much is a real waste of energy & to little, the toilet won't flush correctly & will be more prone to clog.
Another thing I do is look around the area Im working, to make sure water pipes don't have corrosion on some of the fittings. That can lead to potential leaks or bursts. I Just bring these issues up if the pipes look in rough shape or water levels are off.
